Returns & Refund Policy

At FrostedRoll'd we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Our Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand fully behind our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@frostedrolld.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Item not wanted after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays outside our control
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences

Shipping Costs

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed damaged or defective.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
